Dear Family and Friends,
Today has been another fabulous day in London. Went to church and then had a wonderful dinner at Primrose Hill. Steve made some kind of wonderful chicken with pasta and salad. We also had strawberry shortcake without the cream as they did not have any at the store. The biscuits were homemade and so yummy.
Nicole is feeling really good which is good and bad. She has to remember not to lift things for a while more and take really good care of herself. When we went to the kidney Dr he said that Nicole was having a miraculous recovery. She is amazing!
We had a day trip yesterday going to Canterbury Cathedral. It was just a grand drive and so nice to leave the business of the city. There is so much history associated with that Cathedral and with that part of England. Thomas Beckett is a main person of interest in Canterbury. Henry 11 had him chopped up right in front of the people worshipping.
The kids have all been fun to be around. They have a lot going with sports and studies.
Tomorrow I leave for home. I am glad that I came.
Love your bones,
Barbara
